Fall Haul Out / Winterization

Proper winterization is CRITICAL in upstate New York. Freezing water can cause thousands of dollars in damage to your engine, cooling system, and plumbing. Don't risk it!

  • How long will my service take?

    Depends on the service. Oil changes typically take 1-2 hours. Major repairs may take several days or weeks. We'll provide a time estimate when you schedule.

  • Do I need an appointment?

    Yes, appointments are strongly recommended, especially during peak season (April-October). Rarely walk-ins will be accepted.

  • Can I wait while my boat is serviced?

    For quick services like oil changes, yes. For longer services, we recommend scheduling drop-off. 

  • Do you provide transportation?

    We don't provide shuttle service, but we're happy to recommend local taxi services or rideshare options. 

  • What if you find additional problems?

    We'll contact you with a detailed estimate before performing any work beyond what was originally authorized. 

  • Do you warranty your work?

    Yes! We stand behind our work with warranties on parts and labor. Specific warranty terms vary by service type. 


  • Can you work on my boat at my dock?

    Most services require bringing the boat to our facility. Mobile service is not typically available. 

  • Do you service all boat brands?

    Yes! While we specialize in Sea Ray, Mercury, Yamaha, Crest and brands we sell, we service all makes and models. 

  • Can I buy parts from you to install myself?

     Yes, we sell parts for DIY repairs. However, we recommend professional installation for critical components. 

  • Do you offer emergency service?
