In 1921, Frederick R. Smith founded what would become one of Lake George's oldest and most respected marina. What began as a boat-building company on the shores of this pristine lake has evolved into a full-service marina that serves thousands of boaters each year. 


Today, F.R. Smith & Sons Marina is a family-owned business that honors our founder's commitment to quality, integrity, and personalized service. We're proud to be an authorized dealer for industry-leading brands including Sea Ray boats, Crest Pontoons, Sea Fox, Mercury outboard motors, and Yamaha engines. Our 2025 rental fleet features 10 brand-new Sea Ray bowriders in the 19 & 21-foot class, ensuring you experience Lake George in style and comfort.
